To get to it you must drive on ruta 15 for 78km inside the Glaciers National Park. After you follow light blue rivers, suddenly you are confronted to this incredible wall of ice. The Perito Moreno is only one of the glaciers in the National Park. Its one of the biggest sweet water reservoir.
By the lakes you can get to the other glaciers, Upsala, Spegazzini and Bahía Onelli. You have to sail among big pieces of ice and depart from Punta Bandera, 45km from El Calafate.
